At STEPSOFT, we take pride in delivering premium men’s footwear — from handcrafted Kolhapuri chappals and traditional Peshawari sandals to ethnic Juttis & Mojaris, stylish loafers, and everyday slippers for men.

If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we offer a smooth and transparent return & refund process.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • Wrong size was delivered

  • Wrong design / color received

  • Product differs from website description

Applicable across all categories:

  • Kolhapuri chappal for men

  • Peshawari chappal sandals

  • Nagra & Mojari footwear

  • Wedding jutti for men

  • Leather slippers & sandals

  • Flip flops & EVA daily wear chappals

Return Window

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be:

  • Unused & unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With tags intact

  • Without sole marks or creases

Indoor trial for size check is allowed.

5️⃣ Choose reason (Size / Damage / Wrong item)
6️⃣ Upload product images

Our team reviews requests within 24–48 hours.

This system ensures faster processing for all footwear categories including Kolhapuri, Peshawari, Juttis, Mojaris, slippers, and sandals for men.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange for:

  • Kolhapuri sandals for men

  • Peshawari chappal

  • Ethnic jutti mojari footwear

  • Men’s loafers & slippers

Exchange depends on stock availability.

If unavailable → Refund issued.

Refund Process

After product reaches our warehouse and passes QC:

  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days

  • Credited to original payment method

COD Orders:

Refund via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI

Reverse Pickup Facility

We provide reverse pickup for most pin codes.

If not serviceable:

  • Customer can self-ship

  • Courier charges reimbursed (store credit / refund)

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns not accepted if:

  • Footwear used outdoors

  • Sole worn / damaged

  • Product customised

  • Return requested after 7 days

Applies to all men’s footwear including wedding mojari, leather Kolhapuri, and casual slippers.

Packaging Guidelines

Return footwear safely packed:

  • Use original box

  • Add invoice

  • Avoid tape on product box

Helps protect:

  • Handcrafted Kolhapuri chappals

  • Fabric wedding juttis

  • Vegan leather loafers

  • Daily wear flip flops

Order Cancellation

Orders cancellable only before dispatch.

After shipping → Return policy applies.
